Discuss a projectWho we work with
A sculpture is not decoration. It is the detail that defines the atmosphere, anchors the visual identity of the space, and stays in the memory of everyone who passes through.
What tends to go wrong
What a well-integrated sculpture provides
We create entrance installations, lobby focal points, and statement pieces for F&B areas. Objects that guests stop at, photograph, and mention in reviews — turning an art investment into a marketing tool.
Past clients: Rockfish · Salva d'ore · Kusto · The DEEP
We work directly with design studios and architects. You bring the brief and space parameters — we develop the concept, manage fabrication, and coordinate installation. Most hospitality commissions are coordinated through the design team, and we're comfortable in that role.
Open to cross-referral partnerships with studios
One-of-a-kind sculpture for your home or office. Share the space, the dimensions, and the feeling you want the piece to carry — we'll reply with a direction within 48 hours.
Entirely unique · no editions
Custom sculptural objects for yacht interiors, deck installations, and marina environments. We work with material and scale constraints specific to marine conditions — salt air, vibration, weight limits.
Porto Montenegro · Adriatic region
Selected work
Restaurant · Tivat
Complete interior decoration of the restaurant space. All art objects conceived as a unified marine world — contemporary design language, cohesive from entrance to last table.
Restaurant · Montenegro
Concept: time is gold. Fiberglass drops hang suspended in space; the bar surround shimmers like liquid metal. A high-quality painted finish that plays differently with light throughout the day.
Cocktail Bar · Tivat
A wow-effect sculpture and bas-relief referencing the underwater world, plus an entrance statue that stops people on the street before they step inside.
Restaurant · Montenegro
Named after Jacques Cousteau. Custom furniture handmade from solid glued timber — sofas up to 7m long, bar counter charcoal-patinated using an ancient Italian technique.
Hotel · Herceg Novi
A multi-year collaboration. Monumental chimera sculpture in the central courtyard, a coat of arms, a dragon's nest — alongside dozens of art objects across the building exterior and interior.
Festival Installation
A monumental piece built from hay — a material embodying nature's fragility. The work explores the tension between the organic and the industrial, the living and the synthetic.

Site-specific art objects for hospitality spaces — lobby focal points, entrance installations, statement pieces for F&B areas. A sculpture guests photograph before ordering their first drink.

03
One-of-a-kind pieces for private homes, offices, and yachts. Tailored to the space, the light, and what you want the object to carry.
How it works
The process is the same regardless of scale — and the initial conversation is always free, with no obligation.
Tell us about the space: dimensions, concept, feel you're after. Share reference images if you have them. We reply within 48 hours. No fee, no obligation.
We develop a visual concept: form, material, scale, placement logic. You receive a proposal with sketches and a project estimate. Revisions included — aligned before any work begins.
Once the concept is confirmed, fabrication begins in our Montenegro studio. We send progress updates throughout the build. Timeline: typically 4–12 weeks depending on scale.
We coordinate delivery and installation. For major objects, Konstantin supervises installation on site. Final photography provided for your press and social channels.
An installation is a press event — and we treat it that way. After completion, we provide professional photography of the finished work: ready for your press kit, social channels, PR outreach, and award submissions. For major objects, we also assist with announcing the installation to relevant hospitality and design media.
Included in every hospitality commissionFrequently asked
Do I need a budget set before reaching out?
No — but if you have a range, share it. It speeds up the conversation and helps us recommend the right material and scale approach from the start.
Can interior designers contact directly on behalf of a client?
Yes. Most hospitality commissions are coordinated through the design team rather than the property owner. We're comfortable working in either configuration.
Do you work outside Montenegro?
Yes. We work throughout the Adriatic region and beyond. Logistics, shipping, and on-site installation are coordinated as part of every project.
How is the price determined?
Pricing depends on material, scale, complexity, and installation requirements. Every project is quoted individually — there is no stock price list. Contact us for an estimate.
Can the hotel's brand identity or concept be incorporated?
Yes — this is often the starting point. We work from your brand book, interior concept, and mood references to develop a piece that feels designed for the space, not placed into it.
Can a sculpture be commissioned for an ongoing renovation?
Yes. We regularly join projects that are already in progress. Share the stage you're at — we can work around construction timelines and coordinate installation with your contractor.
Do sculptures require special maintenance in a hospitality environment?
We design for the conditions of the space — daily guest contact, cleaning products, humidity, and traffic. Every piece comes with care instructions. Most require nothing beyond occasional dusting.
The artist
Sculptor · Architect · Founder
An artist, sculptor, and architect with over 20 years of practice. Based in Tivat, Montenegro — at the heart of the Adriatic's emerging hospitality scene.
An architectural background shapes how every object is developed: not as a standalone piece, but as part of the space — its scale, its light, and the way people move through it. Each commission is site-specific and made once.
"A sculpture in a restaurant is not decoration. It is the thing that makes the space feel intentional — the signal to the guest that someone thought carefully about where they are."

Design partnerships
We work alongside interior design studios, architects, and construction companies at any stage of a project — from early concept to finished brief. If your studio works on hospitality, residential, or commercial spaces in the region, we're open to a partnership conversation.
We can enter a project at any point. If a client of yours needs a sculptural focal point — lobby installation, entrance object, feature wall piece — we work directly with your team, fit into your timeline, and don't disturb the client relationship. Cross-referral arrangements are open to discussion.

The entrance installation at The DEEP was not in the original brief. We were called in after the interior was finished — and it changed everything.
